This presentation will provide targeted tools for both growing and maintaining resilience recognizing that we have lived amidst chaos for over 15 years from the Great Recession to the Pandemic to national and international upheaval. Despite what is happening around us, we must connect to a resilient mindset to keep us grounded. Resilience will serve us as we serve our clients, our communities, and ourselves.
About the Speaker
Katie Miller, President of Left Lane Advisors, brings over 30 years of experience managing people at all levels with over a decade of experience in coaching leaders, both in the private sector and for public agencies. With a background steeped in the behavioral sciences, she holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology. Complementing this, Katie’s additional educational credits include an MBA, she is licensed in California as a Marriage, Family Therapist, and she has certifications in coaching from the Coaches Training Institute, and conflict resolution, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from Cornell University. Katie serves as an expert in C-suite succession and selection, conflict resolution and management, alignmentbuilding, leadership development, and is certified in multiple 360 and self-assessment tools. She develops and facilitates training programs and workshops on a variety of topics, such as building trust, influence, emotional intelligence, and conflict management.
