He was an active and respected leader in the public works and engineering community throughout Northern California. His professional service included leadership roles with the APWA Sacramento Chapter, where he served as Past President and Chapter Delegate, as well as active involvement with the ACEC Sierra Chapter. Tim was known for his technical excellence, mentorship, and commitment to community service. He passed away unexpectedly at the age of 51.
