About the Speaker:
 
Jacob Green is a nationally recognized leadership and organizational development expert. After 18 years in local government executive positions including Police, Fire, Economic Development, and City Management, Jacob took his expertise to the private sector, where he served as Managing Director of Leadership Development and Vice-President of Innovation for a national government consulting firm. Now serving as President and CEO of Jacob Green and Associates, Jacob and his team of local government experts provide a variety of public sector consulting services including strategic planning, project management, team building, executive coaching, crisis management and other specialized local government services. Jacob has received numerous awards for his work, including being a recipient of the National Caring Award in Washington, DC, alongside Dr. Jane Goodall, is the youngest recipient of the Gene Lentzner Humanitarian Award, recipient of the International City/County Management Association - International Management Scholarship, and received an honorary doctorate from Western University Medical School. His book “See Change Clearly” was an Amazon New Release Best Seller and reached #1 in five Amazon New Release business categories.
