The Sacramento Chapter of the American Public Works Association is governed by a set of bylaws that establish the structure, rules, and procedures for chapter operations. These bylaws are referenced as our Chapter Manual and outline member rights and responsibilities, officer roles and elections, committee structure, and the processes for conducting chapter business.
