About the Speaker
Carl Valdez currently serves as the Sr. Business Development Manager for Precision Concrete Cutting of Northern California, specializing in ADA compliance solutions for sidewalk safety. With a diverse background in public works, Valdez has held multiple managerial positions, including Maintenance Superintendent for the City of Cupertino and Street Maintenance Manager for the City of Fremont. Valdez is also an active Course Instructor for the Maintenance Superintendents Association and a Music Mentor at the School of Rock, where 45+ years of musical experience is utilized to enhance student development. Educational credentials include studies at Ventura College, UC Santa Barbara, and UCLA Extension. Valdez was a founding member of the hardcore punk band Ill Repute and has previously worked in various engineering and design roles.Where:
